How to start a new life?


Rarely meet a man who is completely satisfied with his life. “Something is wrong,” we think. We realize that we must improve something, fix it. "Everything, from Monday starting a new life!"- finally, we firmly decide. But, more often, with the advent of the new week, nothing changes.
But you are convinced that life must be changed. You feel bad and nothing pleases. And so want to be happy! How? You think about it all the time, but the solution never comes. Let's try to deal with this problem together. My personal experience suggests that you should succeed.

1. More optimism.
We all know that we should try not to think about the bad. But dark thoughts, like snakes, creep into our brains. Throw them away! Drive away diligently, persistently, patiently. Look in each seemingly unpleasant event for a positive side. Think that if it didn’t do that, it could have been much worse. And you will understand that this failure is only apparent, and in fact everything is not so bad. And, most importantly, believe in the best and hope for positive changes. But that's not all. You must act for yourself.
2. Forget about the concepts of "Laziness" and Fear.
Laziness is inherent in each of us. Instead of doing something - to go, call, meet, etc., we think: "what if I can’t do anything and only get worse?" And we do nothing. But under a rolling stone, water does not flow. A football player can not get on goal, but it is valuable that he tried with all his heart to get into them, and sooner or later he will achieve his goal. Overcome laziness, make an effort, and our plans will certainly come true.
Sloth goes hand in hand with fear. And suddenly, having conceived something new, we lose what we have? Lose a delicate balance in life. We will change with difficulty the adjusted life. And even lose the acquired "overwork"!
And do you need this "acquired", if everyday life is sulfur, monotonous and boring? Do you need such a life if it does not bring joy? What does this "stability" mean if you sometimes want to howl out of anguish? Afraid to change something in life - do not change. But remember that every day you will wake up with the painful thought that days go by in vain.
3. Who, if not me?
Remember: if you do not do something yourself, no one will do it for you. The ancient "god of the car" will not appear, and it will not save the heroes of the play. A person has a choice in almost any life situation. And you need to make this choice, and not let the situation take its course. It will probably be wrong, but it will be your personal choice. And you will be able to suit yourself that showed willpower. But, most likely, of all possible solutions you will find the best for yourself.
It is not true that you can only choose between black and white. In life, the mass of colors and shades, and with the beginning of a new life you will find the most suitable for yourself. You are a free man. You just need to have courage, determination and perseverance.
In fact, every day brings us plenty of choices. Go on foot or wait for the bus? Buy chicken or sausages? Wait for the call or call yourself? To quarrel with a friend because of nonsense or give up? Every little thing in life requires your personal informed decision. If you are able to cope with such trifles, what prevents you from making a choice in a more serious situation? Nothing. I repeat - you are free. You are a person, you are a person with the right and opportunity to choose.
If you do not decide for yourself, then surely someone decides for you. But in this case, it is also your choice. It is you who are allowed to decide your destiny without your participation. Then how are you different from the bull, which, without asking for its opinion, leads to the slaughterhouse?
Do not let anyone do this to yourself. Remember that you, and only you can decide your destiny.
4. The tasks must be performed!
For example, on Monday you decided to do something. But then some additional cases were added, you started spinning, and then it became lazy. By Monday you didn't even want to think about it. And you postponed the decision until better times. Will such times come? Such non-obligation, and first of all, in relation to himself, can become a feature of nature. Aim for the goal, make efforts to achieve it, find opportunities to fulfill your own tasks!
Any habit needs to develop. Have you ever gotten the use of brushing your teeth in the morning or washing your hands before you eat it?? It is the same with the habit of bringing everything started or conceived to the end. The first time you need to control yourself, think about it, but soon the "automatic" will turn on, and everything will go by itself.
5. Do not think: "what if ..."
Often we think: "behold, I will do this, but how will it threaten me?" And in our imagination we draw convex pictures of the possible consequences of this or that act. And often these pictures are dark. With the beginning of a new life, try to remove black paint from the palette of your imagination!
For this you need to be a little insane. Deliberately set challenging goals. Sometimes be deaf to the voice of reason and reject logic.
Of course, a measure is needed here. You should not, for example, deciding to quit hateful work to start your own business, rush into the office of a bored boss, pour ink on his bald head and dance on the table. Not. But you have to start your own business, despite the obstacles, and not listen to the boring "rational arguments" that you may not succeed. You decide - and you do.
Sometimes you need to forget about the mind and listen to your heart. After all, we want to change our life in order to become happy. And in this matter the heart is the best adviser.
