How to live "for yourself"?


And so, Ladies and Gentlemen, turn off the brain and turn on what a person should think. No one knows the name of this body. And even if someone has it, many people simply do not know how to use their mind.
The right decisions. Everyone wants to learn how to take them. Or not - everyone thinks they can receive them. Every day, every hour and every minute, they break the brain themselves and others, trying to be at least a little effective. But, do all people live in a minefield and every step they need to carefully consider? If life is such a swamp, which at every careless step strives to suck anyone, then why live at all. What is the meaning of life in which there is one pleasure - "Thank God, I am still afloat"?
Maybe we should drop this constant anxiety? Everything that people do in life, they do, by and large, not for themselves, but for others. In order to comply with generally accepted standards and patterns. And it turns out that they live, by and large, also for others. And what then in this life for them? And for them, everything that they constantly refuse. Cake for dinner - because on a diet. Parachute jump - because it is risky. Sleep until dinner - because you need to go to work, etc. etc. And as a result, people get life experience for others. For parents, for teachers, for a coach, for a woman he loves, for children, for money, in the end, but not for himself.

In general, people need to stop suffering nonsense. Turn off the "gray matter", turn on the thought and start living in a new way. No need to try to plan everything - half of the plans will not succeed, and the second half will lose its meaning without the first. You need to do what you want now - to drink, smoke and just lying on the couch is not considered - this is not the case (although, sometimes, this is really what is needed). No need to try to look better - you need to be better. And of course, if someone decided to become better, then it makes sense to determine what it means for him to be better.
The secret is that people can only be better in the past. Just looking back, you can say: "I was better or - worse." It’s impossible to say the same about the future, because no one knows how everything will turn out. And even if a person achieves the desired, it does not mean that achievement will make it better. In the present, no one can be better or worse. In the present you can only be yourself. It does not matter whether good deeds are done or, on the contrary, it is impossible to assess anyone in the present. An assessment of the current process can only be given in the future. So, this assessment will not be able to influence what happened.
You need to try to play with your destiny. If something unpleasant happens, tell someone about it, but in iridescent colors. Present it as if something positive happened. If you manage to teach others failure as a victory, then all is not lost. In this way, one can learn to live for oneself. For example: winning at a casino is a pleasant event, but if after that the robbers attacked the lucky one, took the money and crippled it, then luck becomes a negative event. Losing a hundred dollars can be a plus, as it will force the loser to be more economical and, possibly, help to abandon the bad habit or unnecessary spending.
You need to look at life more widely. To perceive it from different angles and try to see the positive that gives life in daily events. Good luck!
