Everyone needs their own mentor. It doesn’t matter in the entrepreneurial, sports, writing, or show business environment that a person seeks to succeed. He wants to build a successful career or unleash a startup - it's difficult to get to the top by yourself. Famous actors, writers, businessmen, whose names the whole world knows today, admit that without an experienced adviser they would not have reached such heights. They gratefully name the names of personal mentors - professionals who shared a bit of their own victories with them.

Who is a mentor

Mentor - This is a person with personal experience of success, which he is ready to share with his wards (protege). A trainer on a professional field, whose day is scheduled by the minute, inspires and disciplines at the same time. A mentor is able to assist in matters of:

  • Economic. A naked idea in itself is not attractive to investors. A mentor will help transform enthusiasm into a finished product with numbers and economic indicators that you can “touch”.

What does a mentor not do for his players? He will not solve the problems of the students, but will provide an opportunity to look at the problem from the side of the person who has already overcome it.
