Improvisation lessons. How to stop planning and start living
Not so long ago this book came into my hands, today I want to express a small opinion about it.
The essence of the book is to be positive and always say "yes!" To the world. Stop planning your life, and begin to live with the present moment, improvising to adapt to any situation.
The book consists of thirteen rules of improvisers:
-First rule. Agree
- The second rule. No need to prepare
- The third rule. The presence decides everything
-Fourth rule. Start anywhere
-Fifth rule. Be mediocre
- The sixth rule. Attention
- Seventh rule. Look at the facts in person.
- The eighth rule. Do not stray
- Nine rule. Appreciate gifts
- Tenth rule. Please make mistakes
-Onnatal rule. Act now
- The twelfth rule. Take care of each other
-Thirteenth rule. Live with pleasure
Each rule has 2-3 practical exercises.
In principle, I did not learn anything new from the book, since I had read quite a lot of similar books before, but in spite of this, the book is still quite interesting and useful to those people who constantly live by their goals, the future, who do not know or don’t want to live. at the present moment, those who are constantly in the state that “soon, everything will be cool.” (What was I half a year ago)
"A lot of people can benefit from improvisation, because it offers a very simple life approach. Be positive. Tell the world "yes." Do not fight reality, but accept it. Be creative. Help others work and fulfill dreams. Work in a team. This is a very simple selection of rules. There is nothing unusual in them. It is just common sense, which is being addressed less and less today."
