For a long time, our ancestors had no idea about watches (at least, in their modern sense), the moon and the sun used their lives. Subsequently, the man invented the clock and began to more and more align his life with the clock hands. But, having acquired the ability to use the clock, he every day became increasingly unaware of his internal clock - now he does not hear the voice of intuition and does not make a choice between the desired and the necessary.
How to stop being one of the "gears"
It just seems unthinkable. In fact, everything is much easier. You just need to accustom yourself to some rules. Complicated? But you learned to live by the clock? And this is no more difficult. In addition, it is not important to do everything at once. First let there be only a few points. The rest will master with time.
Start simple:
1. Do not bring your diet in strict accordance with the time.
Who said that it is necessary to eat exactly three times a day and at the same time in a strictly allotted time? Surely our ancestors did not have such dependence, but then - due to the industrialization of our society - such a “schedule” appeared. The link is obvious: the less workers stop eating, the more profitable the production becomes. Orientation to the hunger of each of the workers can lead to collapse. Here is the schedule: before work, in a short break and at the end.
To overcome this "regime" is quite simple - you just have to listen to your body and give it food in accordance with its desire, and not with its ability.
2. The same applies to the time allotted for work. Everything is focused on maximum profit.
To achieve the highest efficiency, you need to do the work that you are interested in, and in those hours when your performance reaches its apogee.
3. It is necessary to do less, but better. Do not do everything at once. It is necessary to determine for yourself the most important tasks and take measures to solve them. This applies to life in general, and not to work alone.
4. Proper work schedule. In order not to lose the rhythm in the first steps, it is necessary to distribute the load correctly. To begin with, at least learn how to make stops to "take a breath" and think about the further process.
5. Warm up. It will calm the muscles and nerves and look around with a different look.
6. Daytime sleep. Our daytime sleep is not very welcome (are there any reasons for that, as in the case of three meals a day and work time?) And is available only on weekends, but many countries adhere to siesta.
7. Listen to your inner voice. This will help to avoid many diseases.
8. Be sure to take the time to communicate with people close to you. This will allow you to not turn into a robot.
9. Do not forget to adjust the direction. Sometimes it is very useful to stop and think about the correct direction. To speeding up, do not go astray.
