Any activity through which a person feels his connection with the world and feels significant, charging inspiration and positive (both directly during the activity, and from the results of the activity).

Meaning

    Usually, success largely extends to the financial sector, but can also find a way out in professional, creative and other fields.

    At the same time, this is not about a favorite business from which a person derives pleasure. It's about ambition and excellence, which gives a professional his competence, skills.

  3. Relationships with people (targeting family and friends). A person focused on building strong relationships with others, represents happiness in the form of a harmonious family life, the presence of close and loyal friends. This path involves the spread and multiplication of good, love and honesty, morality and decency.
  4. Spiritual path (the path to God). A person is guided by the laws and regulations of the religious tradition to which he identifies himself. People who go in search of happiness through spiritual and religious search enjoy pleasure from belonging to tradition, serving God and leading a “right” life, as well as the possibility of obtaining the intended reward (enlightenment, rebirth at the highest level, life after death, etc. .).

  2. Grow independence from people and things. If you are surrounded by nice people, a loved one, beautiful things and little things dear to your heart - this is wonderful. But closely associating your happiness with them, you risk, sooner or later, losing these "magical sources."

    Think of external elements as an addition to the happiness that your soul generates, extracting positive things from everything that happens.

  3. To be able to wait and have fun in the process of waiting. Waiting constantly poisons our lives. Why enjoy the moment if shopping is scheduled for tomorrow? Then it will be possible and enjoy. Rather, this month would fly by, because real life will begin only on vacation. As a result, we place too high hopes on fleeting episodes, and we persistently ignore reality.
  4. Coming out of the comfort zone. At least so that there is a ground for comparison. When one day is like another, we take it as a given.

    But as soon as the conditions change, the awareness of the value of certain things / events / circumstances becomes intolerably clear.
