But sometimes it seems that the black stripe has been delayed, failures follow one after another, hands are falling and the thought appears that you do not want to live.
Where do you get strength from?
Let's try to figure out what to do when such really scary thoughts arise in your head. Let us be frank, in most cases they do not speak about the desire to die, but testify that the person has run out of strength to fight the difficulties of life. You do not want to live. You do not like the life that you have. If so, you need to find something that will awaken your energy in you. But first you need to calm down and accept the situation as it is. Unfortunately or fortunately (no one knows what event for what is happening in our life in fact), we cannot influence everything that happens to us. Therefore, learning to accept as is - the vital need of a person who wants to feel harmony.
Take a break. If you have been struggling and tired for a long time, then you must have made a lot of unnecessary and, as it now seems, stupid actions. This is understandable and normal. Forgive yourself your mistakes. Take a break from the hustle and bustle that surrounded you. If it turns out - take a vacation and just do nothing. Allowing the nervous system to unload is the best thing you can do now. Every person is valuable and important. And you came to this world for a reason. Even if at the moment the situation with friends or relatives has developed not the best way, just believe, someone is looking for you, someone wants to listen to you and talk to you, hug, present support and ask for help. You are a good person who knows how to feel (insensitive people don’t think that they don’t want to live), which means to love, rejoice, wait. It's priceless. Do not take away from this beautiful world.

Now it's time to think. What caused you to die? Give up the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, long emotional conversations with loved ones, give up the million chances that life gives every day? A person, deciding on such a step, wants to destroy not himself, but the situation in which he was. And in fact, there are 2 solutions - you or you can change something - then change, take yourself in hand, get up and move on to your goal. How else?
Miracles happen extremely rarely and no one will bring anything on a silver platter. Go to your goals you need to go stubbornly, bravely, with pressure. Thank your destiny for stopping you in time, decide on a new route and go again! There are never hopeless situations - there are solutions that do not suit us.

Here everything is more complicated, because we cannot influence them. Sometimes a person has too many obligations, and he simply does not stand. It happens that a person who needs to feed children loses his job. And in a period of despair, thoughts of suicide arise. But will the situation be solved with your death? If there is someone who depends on you - you have no right to leave.
There are people who are greatly hampered by problems with appearance or violation of communication skills. Such people want to recommend a consultation with a psychologist. It's a shame that people are ready to part with life because of stupid things. Because of unrequited love (are you sure that this is your man, that you would be happy and not bend every minute just so that you would not be abandoned?) Or because the promotion was given to a work colleague (perhaps It is necessary to temper pride, adequately assess the ability or find a job where you will appreciate). As a rule, people faced with real difficulties (parents of sick children) do not think that they can die. They have meaning and purpose. Often, people who have lost their physical health, too, get out of the most difficult situations, holding out only on their desire to live.
