In no case do not postpone the record, say, until the next day - they must be made immediately after the classes. And also it is not necessary to complicate them too much.

  • Choose for yourself the safest sport. Of course, it is very important to do something that brings pleasure. However, at first, the least traumatic sports will be the best solution. For example, swimming or walking.
