Introversion Myths
The first introverts myth is that they are reticent.
In fact, it is not. Introverts do not want to communicate with those who are not interested in them, as a person, as an interlocutor, as a possible friend. They will not say a word when they have nothing to say to you in favor of maintaining a dialogue. If the introvert is silent in your presence, perhaps he does not find the topic interesting for discussion. Try to move to a more interesting and comprehensive topic. If the conversation does not stick at all, you can ask the introvert for advice or tell us something personal. To whom, if not to people who are deeply absorbed in themselves, understand the mental state of others. When an introvert is interested, he will be very talkative. Even nonstop talkative.
The second myth - introverts shy
Or the myth that they are afraid of communication with people. Introverts are not shy or fearful at all. They can start a conversation themselves, make their own contact, but only if they see the reason or purpose of this communication. Introvert will not be wasted on idle chatter, gossip, low-grade humor and all the empty talk, in general.
The third myth - introverts are often rude
Again, this is not true. Introverts do not see the need to cheat or fawn. They are arrogant to stupid, uninteresting people to communicate. Introverts need to be honest with people. If introverts do not like to be in the society of this person, he will unceremoniously put the interlocutor on notice. They do not want to adapt to the person and prefer to just get rid of him, albeit in a slightly wrong way.
Fourth Myth - Introverts Hate People
Another lie. No one, as an introvert, appreciates his few friends. No one, as an introvert will not go to the most selfless deeds for their sake. Introverts have very few people whom they can call friends with absolute confidence. You should try hard for the introvert to accept you into your social circle, however, if you prove yourself with dignity, you can be sure that you have found the most faithful, reliable and permanent friend who will not betray you under any circumstances.
The fifth introverts myth is strange
Introverts only seem strange. Few are given to understand the deep meaning of their thoughts, lifestyle, inner world.
Their individuality is often not clear to ordinary people, they consider them too proud, arrogant, biased, impregnable. Their criticism and denial of communication offends extroverts.
