People whose face is decorated with a smile are always surrounded by increased attention. It is well known that it is much more pleasant to communicate with those people who behave in a positive and cheerful way. Gloomy dreary people, on the contrary, cause irritation of others. Life is filled not only with pleasant events, where there are both joys and troubles.

You probably noticed that when you have a very good mood, then things are done with ease. In a bad mood, everything falls out of the hands and nothing really comes out. The world around acquires hostile colors, we begin to feel sorry for ourselves and sadness. Our mental health depends on our mood. People with a positive mindset are sick less often and live longer.

How to learn to enjoy life?


Smile immediately after waking up. Think not of your problems, but of those interesting meetings and emotions that the next day will bring. Do not allow yourself to plunge into gloomy reflections, pay attention to something beautiful, pleasant, think of something fun.
Look at your reflection in the mirror. You have to tell yourself that you are beautiful, sweet, etc. Do not think badly of yourself. Learn to accept yourself as you are, even if you are not a standard of beauty in the modern world.
Expect new perspectives. Tell yourself that the new day will open unexpected and pleasant meetings for you. Convince yourself that a new day will change your life for the better.
Appreciate the present. Do not make yourself a slave to the past. Live in the present, present tense and enjoy every moment. Psychologists say that people who are dissatisfied with themselves and their lives live in the past or the future. You do not change the past, and what awaits you in the future, you can not know. What is important is what is happening now!
When you leave the house, do not forget to smile at the new day. Try to notice the beauty of the world. Usually people go and look only at their feet, scrolling through the head pressing problems.
