But if you model the appeal correctly: “Remember that you need to wash the dishes”, “Better get ready slower”, “Taking care of me further”, then the subconscious will perceive the message with its true meaning. It is difficult to get used to this communicative principle, but it is quite possible if you set yourself such a goal. And it will definitely be worth it if there is no happiness in life.

Exercise number 1

It is advisable to perform the first exercise when close people are nearby. This is not a prerequisite, the main thing is to interrupt in a good mood.

  • You need to take a sheet of large paper and small bowls in which to dilute the paint in different colors. Vessels should be such that they can freely dipped palm.
  • When the attributes for the exercise are ready, it is worth changing into clothes that will not be soiled to get dirty, as well as turn on your favorite music and sit down more conveniently.
  • Each person should soak his hand in the color that he likes most, and leave his mark on the paper sheet, saying “I am the happiest” in the affirmative.

By uttering these phrases every day, a person will understand more and more clearly: happiness within us.

Exercise number 3

  • It is advisable to relax, take a comfortable posture and say to yourself: “I made conclusions and changed for the better. I forgive myself past mistakes. I am grateful to the universe for experience and life lessons.”
  • After these phrases you can be silent, listening to your inner voice. If there are errors that cannot be forgotten, the exercise must be continued.
  • Repeating the phrases is necessary until the feeling of guilt does not recede and the old mistakes become common memories. You can add: "I forgive the person I was before. I made conclusions and decided to change myself."
