7 tips: how to stop worrying about trifles


You must have met such people, or even noticed you when, without any reason, the degree of emotion rises to the maximum. At the same time, such irritability can pursue constantly, creating negative consequences not only for the nerves, but also for health in general. How to fix the situation? This is extremely simple - try to sleep at least 7 hours a day, and in some situations (for example, on weekends), and all 9 hours. Having a good sleep, you can notice that you control your emotions much better, and any stimuli and reasons do not make you nervous.
