Sense of self-importance


You spend a lot of energy on unreasonable anxieties and worries about your person, you are haunted by painful illusions about your success, are you dissatisfied with the attitude of other people towards yourself? All this and much more makes you feel a sense of self-importance, ChSV.
Carlos Castaneda, in his books, ChSV described as a sense of the significance of himself, of his actions, as a feeling of superiority. If you get pleasure from the fact that you feel better than someone, that you are superior to another person, then you will also be tied to the painful feeling of humiliation to your side. It will always seem to you that you are underestimated, disliked, not treated as you deserve.

Why do you need to understand what is CSW? As soon as you realize that this is your number one enemy and that you need to fight it urgently, you will subsequently get rid of many complexes, anxieties and fears. Many people have a sense of self-importance. More often, it manifests itself in the form of pride, selfishness, excessive obsession with feelings and feelings, resentment, nagging, self-pity and anger.
Surely, you perfectly understand how this all affects your life and on building relationships with other people. The answer is obvious, negative.
There is also the other side of the coin, the absence of this feeling. A sense of self-importance is absent in a person who cannot be hurt by words or actions. This means that a huge amount of energy is released, which was spent on resentment, bad emotionality, excessive attention to contrived problems.
Freed from ChSV, you will gain ease, freedom, the ability to rejoice and give joy, live and enjoy life. You will also learn how to correctly and adequately think, perceive, your actions will become effective and consistent.

Getting rid of self-importance is not easy.

As soon as you notice ChSV in your home, immediately recall its uselessness, its negative impact on your life. Do not let your emotions and feelings, and even more negative, guide you along the wrong path. Fight with every manifestation of it, do not spare it strength, because you will gain more than you lose.
Be honest with yourself and call a spade a spade. Do not be afraid to realize that it is you sense of self-importance present and that you need to get rid of it. It is a mistake to believe that if you stand up to protect your personality when you are criticized, and the criticism is well-founded, it means that you are protecting your dignity and yourself. This is not true. Such qualities as pride, unhealthy egoism, self-centeredness are most likely inherent in a self-confident person who does not want to become better, and this kills all hopes for a successful future.
If you have firmly decided for yourself that you want to succeed, have full-fledged and good relations in the family, at work, with friends, then begin to eradicate such qualities as disrespect for other people, arrogance, exploitation of other people for their own benefit.
Successful people have their own clear position, their “I”, they know exactly what they want and how to achieve it. Therefore, follow the rules that will help you become better, regardless of how other people treat you. Start with the smallest, change yourself and treat ČSV as a useless manifestation and then you will find a feeling of inner peace, a feeling of happiness and joy.
