How to believe in yourself and gain confidence


In order to become a happy and successful person, many people lack only faith in themselves. There is also a desire, motivation, goals, plans, but it stops only insecurity in itself and in its forces. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Yes, you are not perfect, but there are no perfect people, but you are unique. Imagine before yourself that person with whom you most often compare yourself. What do you like most about it? What qualities or traits do you like?

Also think about what you do well, what work you do easily and efficiently, which brings you pleasure. This will reinforce your self-confidence and raise self-esteem.

Never criticize yourself, let alone doubt yourself. On the contrary, you must patiently treat yourself, praise for every small victory, for every achievement. On the criticism of other people learn to respond adequately and do not be offended. Perhaps you really have work to do.

Set goals and achieve them. Do not limit yourself to setting goals and dreams that you want something. In order for all your dreams and goals to come true, you need to get up and do it, gradually moving from one task to another, in small steps. Otherwise, you will only internally “nibble” yourself for not doing anything, and the list of goals will lie on your table, constantly reminding you of yourself and undermining your sense of confidence.

Failures pursue every person’s life, everyone makes mistakes, but it stops someone, but motivates someone well. No need to take failure as a defeat. This is only a small test, having stood that you will become stronger and more successful. Not for nothing, many businessmen say that they had to make many mistakes on their way, there were ups, but there were also falls, defeats and failures. But they coped with failures, and went to another level. Think of it as a game in which you must complete a mission, if it didn’t work, then it’s worth trying until it works out.
Favourite buisness.
Find a favorite thing and do it. It will make you not only happier, but also more confident. In addition, if you do a work in which you truly believe, your life potential, joy, self-confidence, and perhaps your income, will increase markedly.
