100 questions to know yourself

Most people have never asked themselves these questions. And if they asked, they did not try to find a truthful answer to them. It's not even the answer itself, but its search. Each of these questions can push you to some thoughts about yourself and the world around you, even if you do not find the answer. Someone they are able to get off the ground and make you think about what they usually do not want to think.

The order of questions does not matter much; I published them in the order in which they came to mind. Although a few questions that follow each other can be logically connected. No need to dwell on the formulation of the question and the search for an answer to it. First of all, you have to start thinking, thinking and this is the main task that I put into this article. Therefore, it is not necessary to look for any hidden motive in the formulations. Just think.

I warn you, many questions are inconvenient, they can hurt your feelings, inspire something unpleasant to understand, but you need to ask yourself, because many problems cannot be simply ignored. And it is better to ask them yourself now, carefully consider and come to some decision than to reap the consequences of delusions and wrong choices later.

Let these questions and cause unpleasant feelings, but the purpose of these questions is not to upset you, but to induce certain actions. Do not get over the problems, but find a solution for them! I asked and ask many of these questions myself, and they help me to know myself more deeply and, using this knowledge, to move on. If you are not confident in your moral strength, suffer from depression, then it is better to skip this article, because in this case, the questions may plunge you into depression.

If I understand that it is difficult for me to communicate with some people, then I think how to avoid it.
If I understand that I am lazy, then I think about how to strengthen discipline.

In general, I am determined to solve the problem, and not just to lower my head and meekly accept the circumstances. I want you to be customized too.

How to answer questions?

It is not necessary to answer all at once. You may have to think thoroughly. Do not rush to immediately answer the question; this may be a patterned answer, due to the stereotypes that have developed in your thinking. These stereotypes are designed to simplify your thinking and protect your self-esteem from the possibility of self-incrimination. They work instantly, offering you the most psychologically “comfortable” answer. But such an answer does not mean honest. Therefore, take the time to reflect, try to get to the bottom and be as honest with yourself as possible. If necessary, return to the article.

Hint: most of the problems are in you, not in the outside world. And these problems can be solved by working on yourself.

Some questions include a statement. For example, “why do you smoke?” If you do not smoke, skip the question that does not apply to you. The same applies to all such questions.

Some questions may confuse some, but leave other people indifferent. This is normal. It is impossible to predict in advance on what path your chain of thinking will go and what can draw your attention to yourself.
