How to control yourself in a dream?

The main task for a person who wants to learn how to control his dreams is their awareness.

To come to the realization that you are asleep, you can, using the following techniques:

  1. Sleep at least 8 hours a day in order to show all the necessary phases of sleep. When not getting enough sleep will be deeper, while dreams are seen in the phase of REM sleep, when the psyche is more active.
  2. Buy a diary, in which you will write down the plots of your dreams. The best way to do this is manually on paper, rather than typing on a computer, since this is how dreams will best be stored in your memory.

In reality, they will not change, but it will be rather difficult to reproduce anew the complex structure in the sleeping state. Changes may push you to think that you are sleeping.

A good way will be the habit of looking at your watch. If you see a watch in a dream, it may look strange, or you can not look at the numbers on it.

You can not only change the plot at your discretion, but also do things that are not available to you in reality - pass through walls, fly, build architectural structures with the power of thought, as well as many other actions depending on your imagination.

Controlled dreams will initially appear quite rarely - after one successful event. you may be wasting months trying to become aware of yourself and trying to control the content of the OS.

However, this is absolutely normal - only persistent work will allow you to consistently control night visions. Subsequently, you may experience controlled OS 4-5 times a month or even more.

Controlled OS - This is a great opportunity to use the time that many consider lost for their activities. However, with appropriate training, you can correct this situation.
