Quite a common problem for many people is that they make ambitious plans, set goals for themselves, think and analyze too much, but don’t understand how to begin to act now. Clear real goals.
A very important rule that you need to know and adhere to it concerns the proper setting of goals. Before you take action, carefully review the list of goals, if you have one, or make a new one, in which your goals should be specific, clear and real.
Decide on the numbers and set approximate dates. You need to know by what time you need to fulfill this goal, so that you can not relax too much and start to postpone all things for tomorrow again. Also, goals should be formulated in a positive way, carry a positive meaning for your subconscious and be perceived as something joyful, bringing you pleasure.
Positive thinking
Learn to think positively, control your thoughts and as soon as you notice that you have negative thoughts, try to get distracted by a positive and joyful event, think about the upcoming holiday or weekend, think about your goals and believe that you will succeed. Positive thinking needs to learn, work on yourself diligently and regularly.

Motivation.
Especially in the first stage, when you are just starting your path to success, you need to motivate yourself correctly. Think about what motivates you, pushes you to achieve goals, gives you energy and new strengths.
