5 steps to get rid of guilt

Try to honestly answer the question: do you feel guilty before others? In front of parents - for paying little attention to them, in front of children - for not being able to satisfy all their desires, in front of a spouse or spouse - for a small salary and other everyday turmoil?
However, if you suffer from a complex of guilt, you will not have to think up what to blame yourself for, your internal “prosecutor” is always on the alert and will tell you a hundred crimes, for which punishment will certainly follow. Do not try to smile, guilt is a serious psychological problem, which is very costly for its owner.

According to professional psychologists, the foundations for the formation of the guilt complex are laid in early childhood. The guilt complex gives rise to a real inferiority complex, according to which a person considers himself to be different from everyone else.
He begins to blame himself for all the troubles that occur around him, and loses all the joys that life could give him. The deep inner conviction that he is not worthy of joy, love, wealth, leads this person to the darkest line of life, where he gets only trouble. Depression, anxiety disorder, and suicide are extreme manifestations of a far-gone feeling of guilt.
Is it time to stop and think things over carefully? Maybe your fault is not as great as you used to think? Should you blame yourself for not meeting someone’s ideals? And who, strictly speaking, said that we all must comply?
The secret is that all people are different, not bad or good, but just different. And it's not about looks, color, weight or other purely visual attributes, but about the deep inner structure that each of us possesses.

How to get rid of guilt?

Before embarking on cultivating feelings of guilt in your own soul, you should answer yourself fairly honestly, are you really guilty or is your guilt a figment? If you are really to blame, you should just ask for forgiveness.
There is no need to sprinkle ashes on one's head, dress up in a rags and go to repentance, it is enough just to admit one's mistakes and make the right conclusions. From mistakes, not only no one is immune, but vice versa, mistakes are the steps that lead to the movement forward.
What if there really is no guilt? If you have not done anything wrong and were not going to do, but guilt you are experiencing, perhaps you are simply caught in the grip of a clever manipulator. Consider one small example of manipulation, so that everything becomes immediately clear.
For example, in the evening you put your spouse on notice that on Saturday you plan to go on holiday with friends. Of course, she did not like it, but she was silent, pretending to agree. You calmly fell asleep, in the confidence that everything was settled.
Not here it was! In the morning, when you are in a hurry to work, she suddenly declares that she urgently needs a fur coat, she has already looked after her, she is very happy, and all her friends will be killed on the spot.
What to do? Dilemma. You can say that there is no money for a fur coat, but you already have a feeling of guilt for having decided to meet friends. Now either one or the other, or a completely spoiled mood, a collapse in business and an infinite sense of guilt.
And what bad have you done? That's it. If you yourself understand that your fault is just a figment of the imagination played out, try using the liberation algorithm with which you are invited to read.

5 steps to get rid of guilt:

Step # 1
It is necessary to realize the fact that your life is your real chance to realize your own desires. You will be given another such chance or not, nobody knows. So it is worth remembering that you have the right to complete freedom of action, if, of course, this freedom does not create problems for other people. It’s not your fault that you are not what you should be.
Step 2
If you feel that you are trying to manipulate, feel free to say "no", and forget about the feeling of guilt. There is no guilt and there can not be.
Step 3
It is not your fault either that something goes wrong in the affairs of your spouse or spouse, friend or boss. If someone just tries to break your own irritation, try to perceive the situation with a sense of humor.
Step 4
If the cause of your real, and not fictional, mistakes was your ignorance of any circumstances, blame yourself is useless. It is enough just to ask for forgiveness and let go of the past, it is not there, it is gone and will never return.
Step number 5
Look to the future with optimism and do not forget to say "thank you".
