A lot of problems, daily stresses and everyday routine have so dragged out the modern adult that the ability to dream has evaporated somewhere. But remember how in childhood you dreamed of becoming a doctor, an astronaut, or even dreamed of going to the moon. What now? Try to sit down and dream as a real, childish. Did not work out? How you allocate your time depends only on you, but if you really have a great desire, then there will be time.
There are several methods to learn how to dream correctly so that dreams come true, everyone can choose one thing for themselves, but it is better to try and put into practice each method.

List 101.
Take a piece of paper and paper, focus, you should not distract anything. Think about what you would like in your life, try to dream about traveling, exciting trip, buying, purchasing real estate and more. What are your dreams and desires, what did you want, but were afraid to think.
Make a list of 101 desires that you would like to realize. Write whatever comes to mind. If you have less, try to return to the list in a few hours or the next day, but the list should contain 101 wishes, no more, no less. Once the list is ready, read it and edit it. At your request, you can arrange it beautifully. Go back to your list every day and reread it, it is better to include it in your morning ritual and before bedtime.
Planning.
If you are already familiar with this method, it will be much easier for you. If not, please be patient, diary and pen. Start planning your future happy and successful life. So, write a list of goals that you would like to achieve and what you need to do. By the number of goals there are no restrictions, it is individual. Goals must be positive and specifically worded.
Also determine the dates and deadlines for each goal to be completed. In addition, make it a habit to make daily plans, a plan for the week, the month and the year. Stick to your plans and don't forget to work with them. At first it will be difficult, but then it will grow into a very useful habit, and you will not wonder more about how to learn to dream, but consciously and on paper will do it.

Active meditation.
Millions of people around the world are actively practicing this meditation technique. This is due to the fact that this technique is different in that you do not need to stand or sit in one place, but you can effectively meditate while being in emotional or physical activity. In general, there are seven techniques of active meditation: kundalini, dynamic meditation, nadabrahm, nataraj, mandala technique, spinning meditation and gurishankar.
The goal of active meditation is to renew the inner energy and unleash the inner potential. Constant practice will help you learn to dream, realize yourself and your inner world.

Lucid dreaming.
This is a kind of altered state in which you can not only realize that you are dreaming, but also can manage it. In a lucid dream, you decide what will happen around you and how. Often in ordinary dreams you play the role of a spectator, in a lucid dream you are the main character and control not only yourself, but everything that happens around you. With the help of lucid dreams, you can not only learn how to dream effectively and properly, but also manage your mind, develop your imagination and imagination, achieve success in life, and simply enjoy adventure.
So, everyone decides which way he chooses in life. But agree that it is better to be able to dream and realize dreams and plans, it is better to live a bright and colorful life and manage your life, and not live day after day and do the usual things that do not bring you neither pleasure nor satisfaction.
