Step One - Gratitude
Give thanks. Contact those who have done something good for you. Surely, digging in the memory, you will find at least one such person. Show that you are grateful to everyone you can remember, and it doesn’t matter at all what it was in the past, nor does it matter that these people most likely don’t expect anything like that from you.
