The pace of life of a modern person sometimes just goes wild. Sometimes it seems that there is no more strength. I want to quit everything: quit all my work and go to an uninhabited island. Stop! It is better to switch thoughts of escape from problems into a more constructive direction: think of the methods that are available to you here and now, which will help to increase your efficiency.

1. Be able to stop in time.
Sometimes the body really needs to switch to an energy-saving mode: it usually hints at us, knocking us down with some kind of illness. Due to the temperature and cough, we get the legal right to lie around the TV all day, wrapped in a blanket. However, most often the disease could have been avoided if the emergency stop was pulled at the right moment.
2. The best rest is a change of activities.
Agree that you feel more positively tuned and filled not when you were out on the couch for a whole day (see item 1), but when you had a busy day off - for example, a bike ride in the park with the children, then a joint trip to the circus, Meeting with friends.
Do not equate rest and idleness. If you are an office worker, and you have to sit for 10 hours at the computer, then watching the video on the same computer will not help you relieve fatigue. Better do a 10-minute charge. If you are a hairdresser, and spend all day on your feet, then you, on the contrary, need to think about physical relaxation and intellectual load. Take a bath with salt, make some relaxing asanas, read a good book.
3. Adjust mode.
It is believed that an adult needs an 8-hour sleep. But this is just the average. Someone needs 5 hours, and someone needs to sleep all 9.
It is important to teach the body to fall asleep and wake up at the same time. Do not try to compensate for the lack of sleep at the weekend - it is impossible to sleep off for good. Thus, you only further upset your biological clock.
4. We are what we eat.
This banal truth will never lose its relevance. Even if you are a very busy person, and you have no time to indulge in gastronomic pleasures, there is always the opportunity to stick to a more or less healthy diet. Instead of chocolate as a snack, eat muesli bars - buy them for the sake of this in a pharmacy in bulk and carry with you in your bag. Chips are easily replaced with nut-fruit mix. Candy - fruit. Pies - curds. Just minor corrections - and very soon you will notice how your life began to change.
5. Breathe deeply!
Oxygen is necessary for our brain to work at full strength. Therefore, regular walks in the fresh air - the key to a good energy level.
You can also practice various breathing exercises that contribute to the saturation of the body with oxygen - oxysize, body flex, qigong, etc.
6. Order on the desktop - order in the head.
No need to justify the fact that it is easier for you to work in the conditions of artistic chaos. There can be no talk of any productive use of time and effort if it takes 10-15 minutes for an elementary action (for example, to search for the right document or fountain pen). Psychologists and labor organizers do not get tired of repeating: get rid of the blockages in the drawers, cabinets, on the table - and you will feel that the work has started to argue.
In general, there are universal energy generators available to everyone. Sport, positive communication, healthy food, sex, art, reading good literature - all this enriches us, makes our life better, and us - more productive. And there are universal energy absorbers, which are also well known to all of us - communication with "vampires" and whiners, alcohol, cigarettes, fast food, TV. The choice is yours.
