I recorded a video in which I talked about what is meditation and how you can use the practice in real, modern life. I talked about the active skills that meditation develops and where these skills can be applied.
I touched on the problems of using meditation to combat depression, get rid of bad habits and for self-development and self-knowledge.
I publish this video instead of the seminar record I promised, which I held on March 22 in the Prana yoga center. I did not really like the recording of the seminar for some reason and I decided not to post it. But since I said that I would post a record for those who could not attend my seminar, I decided to record a video at home and say the same thing that I said at the seminar, though in less detail. I do not want the listeners to fall asleep. This is still a video, not a live performance.
The video consists of 8 short pieces, on average, lasting 5 minutes.
