It's been about 5 years since I got rid of the panic attacks. Acute attacks of fear and panic, anxiety, insomnia, depression - all of this I have suffered for several long years. I must admit, these circumstances were turning points in my life.
Only a strong heartache could make me start working on myself, go in for sports, meditation, yoga and other practices and thus help myself. In her absence, such a skeptical materialist, as I was, who was such an arrogant, "knowing everything about everything", could hardly ever discover such "esoteric" practices. Truly, people start working from themselves not from a good life. Human suffering is what drives development. Not even suffering, but the desire to stop it.
If it were not for the attacks of panic and depression in my past, I would probably be sitting in the office right now, counting the days until Friday, when I could finally get drunk in some bar. But that would be just the outside of my life. Probably, inside, I would still be in my blind complacency, from which I saw myself practically flawless, and if I had any flaws, they would be for me the invariable properties of my personality. Perhaps I would never see myself as I was behind the veil of this self-conceit, and I would not fall out of a chance to change. I would not embody a dream, and my existence, in the end, would be mediocre and completely unhappy.
All that I have now: good friends, grateful readers, spiritual changes, interesting travels, new acquaintances, a new meaning of life. All this is due to my depression and my fears. And now I can only thank fate.
A few years ago I wrote an article on how to get rid of panic attacks. This article has become very popular, having received more than 2 thousand comments. Many people turned to me with words of gratitude for the fact that I helped them overcome fear and panic.
However, I saw that for many people these tips are not enough to get rid of the disease. First, meditation, the development of awareness, acceptance - it is not as obvious as it seemed to me at the time of this writing. Many of them do not even begin, because they do not understand how this can help them. Understanding how to apply meditation against fear and panic attacks does not come immediately. And often people need constant support and explanations of the principles of applying the principles of technology in life.
Secondly, in addition to conscious meditation with a concentration on breathing, there are many techniques and methods that this article does not cover. The problem of panic attacks and anxiety is quite extensive. Thirdly, everything is really not as simple as it seemed to me. Many people do not simply read the recommendations and begin to immediately implement them. They need consistent systematic input into the course of affairs. They need to constantly get answers to their questions.
Getting rid of panic attacks requires changing the principles of perceiving one's illness, transforming one's attitude towards emotions and thoughts, developing mental skills, and finding greater peace of mind. This can not be read, it is necessary to practice.
Briefly about the course
