Sometimes people face this kind of problem, like low self-esteem. And for some, this is a common phenomenon with which they live their whole lives. For others - a sudden problem that is very difficult to fight. How to overcome it, how to increase self-esteem and become more confident in yourself?

Initially, you need to find out the root of this problem: why did you suddenly stop believing in yourself? Usually all the problems with the character and psyche - from childhood.

That is, low self-esteem may well arise from the fact that in your childhood any kind of violence was applied to you. Or even they simply said that you are incapable of anything, you will fail, often criticized for no reason.

If the reason is still in this, then you need to let go of the situation. Try to meet with people close to you and directly tell them about what worries you.

How to increase self-esteem? There are general tips that will help in any case of life to solve this difficult problem.

1) Praise yourself. To be able to look for not only flaws, but also dignity in oneself is not at all a sign of narcissism, but a correct life position. Not in the sense that "as long as I do not praise myself, no one will praise." Just when you start looking for advantages in yourself, then you will be able to more reasonably evaluate your strength, and this is an additional plus for you.

2) Another way to raise self-esteem: make a wall newspaper desires. It will inspire you to new achievements and will not allow you to doubt your abilities. To do this, on a big draw paper paste everything that you want - cut out from the magazine pictures of resorts, houses, clothes, and everything that you want.
