Training for managers to help develop an organization

The types of activities depend on the tasks assigned, i.e. from problems that need to be addressed during training. Executive Training may affect several blocks of training, and may focus on the development of individual business skills. So, what could be the topics of trainings for managers, and what private tasks they solve:

    • Training "Human Resource Management" on the topic of relationships with employees examines the issues of employee psychology. It discusses the issues of creating an effective team, the problems of conflicts in the organization. It also searches for solutions to particular situations, for example, employee disobedience, interaction with "difficult" subordinates. The chief learns to maintain his authority in the team, adequately solving difficult situations.
    • Training on leadership and leadership styles covers all major styles and their features. It discusses which style is considered effective in different situations, how to stick with it, and also which particular style suits a particular person.

  • Training on constructive meetings will allow managers to quickly and efficiently resolve issues at team meetings. In the classroom they will teach how to distribute roles among employees during a meeting, and familiarize them with the stages and rules for conducting meetings.
