Many people tend to blame for their failures the feeling of laziness, other people and the circumstances in their lives. Often one can hear from them that they dream of a good and carefree life, of financial independence, but for some reason they cannot achieve this, most often these are just excuses. Some people have a moment in their lives when they do not understand how to control themselves and begin to act. This can be attributed to depression, to the state of procrastination, chronic fatigue, inability to control one’s emotions. But the conclusion is one, you need to gather strength, pull yourself together and in no case prevent further immersion in this state.

Relaxation.
The first and perhaps most important advice is that you need a good rest. Before you start working or performing your duties, you should give yourself the opportunity to relax without feeling guilty about this feeling. Think of what will be the best rest for you now. Maybe you need to see your friends, do your hobbies, read a book or just take a bath. Do not reproach yourself for the rest, drive away the thought that the work "stands" on the spot, and you allow yourself to relax. On the contrary, having received a complete rest, you will be able with great desire to get to work and execute it effectively and efficiently.
Sleep.
If you are used to working for a long time, go to bed late, but wake up early, then your body does not have time to relax and gain new strength. Then it is not surprising that you thought about how to pull yourself together and find the strength and confidence in yourself. Now you need to sleep well, because a full sleep will only have a positive effect on your productivity and well-being.
Plan.
After you pamper your body, have a good rest and slept, you probably feel a surge of new strength, but you still cannot start doing things. Most likely, the whole point is that you do not have a clear plan of action and your thoughts run away, you just do not know where to start. For example, you have a project that needs to be completed in a week. Now for you the project seems to be global, since you have not broken it into small tasks. Make a plan for this and other projects. Write in days what you will do to accomplish it, disband tasks on days of the week so that you have enough time for a full sleep and rest without guilt.
Self development.
Successful people who regularly engage in self-development, working on themselves, their skills and abilities, rarely find themselves in this state. For one simple reason - they work on themselves and avoid those actions that can lead to such a state. Similarly, you begin to develop such qualities as organization, self-discipline, determination, responsibility.
Habits
Start cultivating good habits. Write a list of what you would like to do daily on automatism, whatever habits you would like to have and start. Take one habit from the list and begin to vaccinate within two months, according to recent studies, the optimal time to develop a complete habit is 66 days. When you can cultivate a few good habits, you will no longer begin to think about how to control yourself, because your life will become much easier and acquire a different meaning.
Future.
Live for today, but think more often about the future. As soon as you realize that you are beginning to be lazy, your state of health leaves much to be desired, malaise and fatigue overwhelmed you, think about your future. Just form an image of a bright and positive future, imagine your dream, which will help you quickly gather your thoughts and forces.
It must be remembered that only good sleep and quality rest will contribute to effective and productive work. One of the rules that millionaires adhere to and successful people is work less, rest more.
