Even the most cheerful person in depression period becomes unsociable, closed. Perhaps the development of addiction to alcoholic beverages, often people in the doldrums are attached to drugs.

There are also physiological changes, which include:

  1. sleep disturbance;
  2. changes in the state of appetite. It can increase many times, and can almost completely disappear;
  3. quite often there are pains in the heart, stomach, and constipation;
