How to change your life for the better, where to start


Your life resembles a series of events of the same type, do you regularly go to work, do household chores, are tired of monotony and boredom, and your life reminds you of "Groundhog Day"? Surely, you are not just thinking about how to change your life for the better. Perhaps something does not suit you in it, you would like to get new emotions, you would like to live a joyful and interesting life. But what stops you? What makes you different from successful people? Perhaps the lack of faith in yourself and the fact that you really succeed?

Confidence.
Start believing that you will succeed in realizing all your wildest dreams and goals, that you can change your life for the better. To begin with, imagine what should be the life that will bring you joy and satisfaction, what should change to make you feel like a truly happy person, what you are missing and what you can change now and not wait for tomorrow.
Start small, with confidence. Identify all your shortcomings and advantages, analyze your actions and your behavior, identify all your fears, anxieties and complexes. You also need to work with your skills and abilities. Write down on a piece of paper everything that you can do, everything that you know, maybe you are fluent in a foreign language, compose poetry or write good novels.
After you have worked on yourself and have done a very deep introspection, look at your list of skills and your list of merits. Do you have a doubt that you are not so self-sufficient to change your life for the better? Most likely, your confidence increased and your mood improved. Now you need to straighten up, smile and open up to meet positive changes in the near future.
Environment.
The next step to improving life should be the “cleansing” of your environment. Carefully look at the people with whom you often communicate, whether everything suits you and what emotions this communication causes you. Suppose there is someone in your environment with whom you communicate regularly, but apart from negative feelings, misunderstanding and oppression, you do not feel anything. You communicate with this person only because of pity, respect, or simply cannot refuse a person, then you should still pull yourself together and stop communicating, or at least reduce it to a minimum.
The more such people in your environment, respectively, the more tense and negative atmosphere around you, which subsequently grows or has already grown into dissatisfaction with yourself and your own life.
You should also reduce communication with people who specifically give you the wrong advice, often criticize you with or without you, envy you or try to constantly teach you something, while living, however, no better than you. This is also an extra negative in your life. If you want to achieve success and realize all your plans, then you need to communicate with those people who will give you the right advice, tell you how to do this or that situation that will pull you up, not down.
Call to action!
Now that you have carefully worked on yourself and your surroundings, this is the time to begin the most important step, namely, how to change your life for the better. To do this, you need to do some practical exercises.
Make a list of what you would like to change in your life;
Make lists "Goals for the month", "Goals for the year";
To develop the habit of making lists for each day, a kind of daily routine;
Split your lists into several small tasks;
Assess your capabilities and begin to implement the main task of "changing life for the better."
And remember that from this day you should start thinking positively, smile more often and go towards your dream. Spend more time with people with whom you enjoy talking, work only on what brings you pleasure, and regularly improve yourself.
