There are moments in life of constant dissatisfaction with oneself, sometimes overgrowing during the years of the bleak and joyless course of events. Obviously, to change your life for the better, you need to become better yourself. How to do this hard work on yourself? Is it for everyone?

"Again this slush!" - Tatiana noticed annoyedly, squeezing away the drops of spring rain from a black umbrella that had just been closed. Having jumped into the office with a gloomy expression on her face, she walked over to her desk, through clenched teeth, responding to the greetings of her colleagues.

As luck would have it, the computer didn’t boot up for a long time, letting Tatiana’s thoughts crawl sullenly, tamping with the already nasty mood. And what was happy? Unloved work, lack of privacy in 35 years. And still incessant groundhog day. All around and no clearance. Well, here it is again: it was lunch time when shifting the papers.

On the way to the cafe, where all the employees ran for a snack, the girl, continuing to dwell in her gloomy reality, literally face to face with a middle-aged gypsy. A woman in a bright, colorful attire downright crashed into Tatiana's gray days, settling in her an incomprehensible feeling of waiting for something new. She mumbled something, looking straight into Tanya's eyes ... Fog ...

Results of a chance meeting

After returning home after a long day of work, the girl climbed into her favorite chair and closed her eyes. Suddenly, in the imagination, as suddenly as in the afternoon on the street, the very same gypsy appeared. She whispered something. Louder, louder. And so Tanya was already able to hear the words addressed to her. "You are the owner of your own destiny! Make your life better! Change yourself!"

Easy to say change! But how? An insinuating voice continued to instruct Tatyana. Thinking that she was starting to go crazy, the girl took a piece of paper and began to write down the advice of a street witch. This is what came of it.

  • Build your day right. Find time for your own development: physical, spiritual. Do exercises, go for a run or do some kind of sport. Read an interesting book, go to the exhibition, to the theater or the cinema.
  • Forget about bad habits. Refuse from overeating, drinking alcohol, smoking.
  • Do not foul language. Words materialize. And negative phrases hate us. It is better to say about the unpleasant event with irony, “Oh, how great it is!” Than to recall such a mother again.
  • Do good! If a person on the street is bad, do not pass by. Help an unfamiliar grandmother to carry bags or climb the stairs. Become a volunteer, take part in a charity event.
  • Get rid of negative emotions. Stop complaining about the "fate of the villain." Give up hate, envy, jealousy, selfishness, anger. All this attracts unhappiness into your life.
  • Tell only the truth, or better keep quiet. False speech destroys your soul.
  • Avoid conflicts. In order not to accumulate dissatisfaction and negative emotions in yourself, express your claims in a calm tone.
  • Look for the causes of your problems in yourself. Do not rush to blame others in all their misfortunes.
  • Love yourself, take care of how you look. Attractive appearance will give joy and confidence.
  • Love back. Mutual feeling of love gives wings.
