The rapid age of speeds bestows contemporaries not only on the wonders of scientific insights and creative searches. Space overloads of the body and soul, packed in expensive outfits for luxury cars, time saving movements in the absence of rest result in a heavy burden of chronic fatigue. And the dream of an unserious problem, which a full night’s sleep will put "on the shoulder blades", remains only a dream. Develop creativity. Buy bright felt-tip pens, thick paper and write on it: “Today is the best day in my life. I wake up as a joyful and active person.
