Perseverance

It is undeniable that, through perseverance, much, if not everything, can be achieved.
Perseverance is such a strong quality, in which, despite all the obstacles and failures, a person will firmly and confidently go towards his goal. In many ways, it is based on enthusiasm, which in turn is a positive emotion. Positive emotions are always characteristic of the initial ripening of the plan and the most important thing is not to lose them, because they contribute to the successful development of events. In the future, enthusiasm gradually disappears, and here those qualities that will withstand the collision with problems begin to manifest themselves.

Throughout the journey, persistence is tested many times. The initial period is the most difficult because the results are not yet visible and progress towards the goal is based only on faith. At this point, many give up, but this is the lot of losers. They never succeed in serious affairs because for the development of something really worthy, at least one year is needed. Stubborn perseverance is one of the secrets of success.
Why do some people have this quality, while others do not? There are many reasons: weakness of character, lack of purpose, laziness, weak desires.
Leaders in their work never use such a thing as "problem" because it attracts negative thoughts. Instead, a different concept of "current situation" is used. However, the leaders themselves are failing. This is due to various reasons, economic instability, a failed set of circumstances and others. But most often it is such factors as:
1. The inability to find a common language with others. This is one of the most common failures. Since the leader’s task is to manage effectively and efficiently, it is important to find a common language with the people involved in this process. In the work between the leader and the team there should be complete mutual understanding, only then the result will be positive. A weak leader never deserves respect because he, as a rule, does not try to listen to his subordinates. Pride is usually inherent in such people and they live according to the principle that they are the smartest and no one has the right to tell them anything.
2. Lack of ability to adapt to change. Over time, many methods and techniques for solving problems are being improved, and here it is necessary that people keep up with these innovations, but actively implement them. Unfortunately, a big mistake is that many leaders each time use the same methods that were previously effective, but have become outdated with time and do not give the result that is needed.
3. Fear of mistakes. Often, leaders suffer from the fear of mistakes and often, in order not to allow them in their decisions, stop doing something at all. Such inaction leads to defeat. Strong leaders know how to adequately accept them and, moreover, solve them effectively.
4. The consequences of mistakes. It is important how a person copes with the existing difficulties. If you are able to learn from mistakes and learn from them, then this will be a good quenching. But if you worry a lot and give up, then it will not lead to anything good. In this case, need a positive attitude.
The one who really wants this is trying to achieve everything, and the path of many successful people is not easy. The main thing is not to give up and go ahead no matter what.
