Carefully study your work schedule, how many hours you have to go to work, how often you take breaks and whether your working days are not very busy. But the connection here is simple, the less stress, negativity, fuss, the easier it is to control your emotions and condition.
Sleeping mode.
Teach yourself to go to bed and wake up at the same time and sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you do not get enough sleep, the body will not rest and will not gain strength.
