Practically each of us at times thought about how he could change his life and become a completely different person. Such thoughts most often arise when our usual state, behavior and the course of life cease to suit us. In these moments, we are ready to run away from ourselves, we want to hide as far as possible, then apathy and rejection of ourselves and the world follow.

The reasons for all these experiences are quite simple, each person is born absolutely free, with an infinite number of opportunities and prospects. Later, by virtue of upbringing, social norms and attitudes and other vestiges of time, we develop a certain image, a certain pattern of behavior, begin to use only some abilities and skills. Simply put, we lead a patterned life. When our template ceases to act in our favor, our subconscious begins to resist in every way possible stagnation in development.
Then each of us is faced with a choice: leave everything as it is, or start changing. Both of these decisions will be difficult, apathy may develop from the decision to change nothing, and then you will close in your so-called comfort zone. If you decide to change your life, then, of course, it will be difficult for you to go through this path, while life will become much brighter and more interesting and there will be much more achievements.

We are changing our life. So how do changes in yourself begin?


First of all, everything starts with the fact that you need to finally make this decision and give yourself a promise to change, despite the difficulties that may be associated with it. Give yourself a promise that you will reach the end in your quest.
How to understand what exactly requires a change in you? It looks simple enough, but you need to understand yourself very deeply, to reveal all the facets of your inner self, and this is much more difficult in practice. As mentioned earlier, we are all accustomed to living according to patterns and standards, and we don’t even speak about the innermost of our mind and soul, we are afraid of everything that can discredit us in the eyes of society. The recipe for treating this phobia is one, first you have to love yourself with all the advantages and disadvantages, with all the characteristic features and characteristics.
Get a kind of diary that will help you on the difficult path of change. First write down all your positive aspects, everything that makes you better than others, think about it very seriously, now you are making a list, thanks to which you can love yourself more and get rid of low self-esteem and some complexes. When the list is ready, it's time to engage in self-praise, every week, read your list every morning and praise yourself. When I get stronger, you can go to the next step.

How to change your life?


Make a list of all that you have to change in yourself, what to get rid of, what to instill in yourself. And further down the list, write tasks to each of the points of change, look for something that will help you cope with the change stage.
Everything for the emergence of a new person is ready. Now there is a long and hard work. The diary now needs to describe every day what is stopping you from developing, what stops, what feelings, emotions you are experiencing at this time. Your notes will help you survive the time of change less painfully, expressing feelings on paper helps a person to protect himself from stress and breakdowns.

Where to start changing the inner world.


- Get rid of stereotyped thinking, go beyond what your whole life is forcing you to do. Develop your worldview, not dependent on the views of the outside world. Build your own philosophy. So you will become much stronger and more confident.
- Be sure to find a hobby that will be an outlet for you, which in a difficult moment will allow you to relax and switch, to get away from the routine and negative.
- Learn to set goals and achieve them. Write down everything on paper, plan how you will achieve, imagine the end result, all this will inspire you to the beginning of actions. Begin to act immediately, do not delay for a second, immediately do something that will lead you to the goal.
- Pay attention to your social circle. People tend to adopt behavior, to accept attitudes and emotions from those with whom they spend their time. Try to distance yourself from people who think negatively, do not share your aspirations, but only drag you down constantly. As soon as you replace such people with more successful, positive and progressive people, things will go up.
- Answer yourself to the question "Who are you?", Or rather, "What is your purpose?", "How can you help society?", "What contribution can you make to its development?". With this understanding, your determination in self-development will be stronger and stronger.
And most importantly, learn not to give up. All the greatest discoveries in the world were due to the persistence and courage of the inventor, thanks to the fact that step by step after an unsuccessful attempt they tried again and went to the end.
We are to blame for all our troubles ourselves, all the achievements in life are our achievements. Think about it. The more time you spend on self-development and improving yourself as a person, the more good results you can achieve in life.
