Hello dear readers! I propose to consider the benefits that Kairos-management can bring (convenient case management), in addition to a specific person, to the whole team. The easiest way to consider this phenomenon in the framework of one person. His past life experience, acquired skills, friends, acquaintances, victories and even failures - literally everything can be a source of success.

The main thing is to learn how to find these solutions. I immediately recall the comic phrase - "Even if you have been eaten, you still have two choices." The ability to see these outputs (I ask you in advance not to visualize this text, taking into account the previous sentence), opens up significant competitive advantages over less astute citizens.

To oppose individual and group Kairos management is not worth it, because they are closely interrelated. Nothing prevents the labor collective from acting on the principle of a single resourceful person, trying to see the advantages in the additional skills of their employees. Suppose one of the employees of a pharmaceutical company is strong in running. Not just strong, but practically the best in the city.

Once I gave this example at one of the trainings and asked a question, how can we use this skill for the benefit of the company? Some of the participants replied that if there were suddenly running competitions, we could throw him out, he would win, and we would be famous. For sure! - I replied, but immediately asked another question. And why should we not initiate these competitions among all the pharmacies of the city, knowing that we have an almost guaranteed winner! Thereby, literally out of the blue, get additional information about it. By type, "Pharmacy" Snail "- we have the fastest, not only drugs!"

As a result, the employee is pleasant, and the whole structure is good. Thus, Kairos-management is universal for everyone, from one person to the whole company, city, country or planet!

How can Kairos management be implemented in a team?

Let me remind you that all the tips are purely advisory in nature. Of course, no one offers to stop the production process, manic searching for a hobby of workers. But sometimes, as a fun game, you can "feel the ground", especially since the wall newspaper of efficiency helps to do it with minimal time and effort.

It should be understood that practically everyone has a hobby. Most of us strive to realize these skills. Achieve recognition not only in work, but also in your passion. And if this also benefits the firm, then the benefit is twofold: the employee will be delighted (additional motivation), and the company will acquire additional development tools. For example, the world-famous Guinness Book of Records at the dawn of its formation was just a small addition to the brewing company of the same name. Decades have passed, and many already drink beer Guinness just because they know this book. So a hobby of one determined the fate of the common cause.

Even if you do not find the use of additional skills of your employees in the foreseeable future - this is not a problem! After all, the very fact of having extraordinary skills or knowledge already increases the competitiveness of the team. How? The answer is simple - brainstorm! The more diverse the audience, the more original the ideas that may be received. And this is only in the case of standard brainstorming!
