How to get rid of bad thoughts in my head


There comes a moment in the life of every person when unpleasant thoughts come to mind. There are many reasons for this: problems at work or in the family, financial difficulties, poor health, bad weather, and so on. At a certain point comes the realization that bad reflections do not leave for a second. So how to stop thinking about the bad and learn how to control your thoughts?

Exercise stress
Numerous studies prove that the simplest physical exercises help free your head from negative thoughts. A small run, 10-15 squats - and from thinking about the bad will not remain a trace! Do the exercises that you can do at the moment. Are you at work and not able to run? Then, knead the neck, tilt your head forward, back and sideways, knead your hands. If so worried and loaded because of the little things, then there is really no room for bright thoughts. Think about good things more often, do not pay attention to minor life troubles and do not make hasty conclusions.
Trust your loved ones
If your head is filled with negative thoughts, try to just share your experiences with a loved one. Tell him what's bothering you. Talking heart to heart and joint thoughts will allow you to free yourself from worries. Most likely, he will be able to calm you down or convince you that everything is not so bad. After all, it is much better than thinking about the bad!

Read books, watch nice movies, discuss only positive moments. Dream about the future, let it be in your thoughts only happy and prosperous, and not loaded with problems.
Live here and now
Often we remember the troubles from the past, scroll through them again and again in our heads, often even inventing what could have been done differently in order to avoid a “bad” outcome. Consider: does this make sense? Why find a solution to a problem that has already been resolved, albeit not entirely successfully? Why go back in time at all? Is it worth the fact that now you can not think about anything good? Live for today, and let mistakes made in the past just become a lesson to you, try not to allow them in the present.
Order in the house - order in the head.
If all your thoughts are busy only troubles, try cleaning the apartment. Wiping dust on the shelves, laying out things, mentally imagine that you are doing the same in your own head. Put everything on the shelves and in the apartment, and in thoughts. Choose from all the heaps of bad thoughts only real problems, and the rest - all your hasty conclusions, thoughts and invented troubles - throw it away! This procedure will help you at least for a while to switch and not think about the bad. In addition, the apartment will be in order, and in a comfortable clean house is much nicer to be.
