How to develop creativity and creativity?

Sometimes people talk about creativity and creativity, as something that is given from birth only to brilliant people. In fact, this is one of the fundamental human qualities that help to lead a full life. Creating a beautiful picture, story, song, bracelet or patchwork, gives us a deep sense of satisfaction, and it makes no sense to deny yourself that feeling. And stop saying that you are not talented enough. Take some time for yourself and enjoy the art form that you like the most.
1. Practice the basic techniques
The first step is to learn the basics of your favorite craft. For this, it is not necessary to take specialized courses, although for some it is the most acceptable option. Perhaps your neighbor will show you how to make the first knots from woolen threads and how to hold knitting needles in your hands, or maybe you will find a good video course on drawing on the Internet or find necessary literature and printed guides for beginners in your favorite field. All these and many other ways will help you get started without losing enthusiasm. After you can go to fully independent learning.
2. Regularly find free time
Creativity requires not only inspiration, but also discipline. Take time to practice regularly to see progress. The maximum break can be a week if you can devote half the day off to creativity. And, of course, it would be better if the time for practice will be every day for at least half an hour. Remember this when you decide to “skip” the planned creative hour, citing deeds and lack of inspiration.
3. Both to create and to criticize have their time
No process can go without problems and errors, and therefore learn to go with the flow while working on your creative project. Even if doubts make you doubt yourself and in every step taken, learn to ignore fears. If you give in and begin to redo every performed element, every note played, erase every extra touch, as a result you risk losing both confidence in yourself and the general idea of work.
4. Look for like-minded people.
Silence and loneliness will certainly help you hone technique and understand your own preferences. But a company of like-minded people may be no less useful. If you are a writer, look for free seminars and adequate critics who will point out mistakes and help you improve. If you are a musician, find colleagues who play in the same genre and practice together. If you are an artist, go to search for art groups and studios. Do not stop at one company or site, be open to new styles and trends and independently move beyond your usual views and interests.
