Absolutely every person sooner or later faces such a problem as memory impairment. There is nothing terrible in this, but it will not be pleasant to anyone when, at one fine moment, a person does not remember the telephone number that he remembered throughout his conscious life. Or, for some reason, he forgot, it seemed that something was still in his memory.
The most important thing is not to get upset, and do self-development. You need to understand that this problem is completely solved, you just need to make a little effort.
Probably everyone has heard that the brain, like any other muscle of the body, can be pumped, that is, trained or developed. There are a large number of ways to "pump" the brain, which, by the way, are not difficult at all, and absolutely everyone can cope with them.

If you perform them regularly, you will be able to regain the ability to memorize quite a short period of time, and, importantly, remember. And most importantly, you will not need to take any medication that stimulates brain activity.
For starters, you should unload your brain.. Indeed, as popular wisdom says, before you fill the vessel to the brim, you must first completely empty it.
Get rid of any kind of reminders (call a brother, call a classmate). Such knowledge is superfluous and therefore it is necessary to get rid of them as soon as possible.
The fact is that when a person stuffs his head with such trifles, a person gets tired quickly, and besides, there are no free cells in the brain for more important and significant information. And one more thing, if such “extra” information enters the brain periodically and lingers there for a long time, it simply supersedes what you really need to remember forever.
In order to clear the "cells" of the brain from unnecessary information and in the future not to litter them, get yourself a diary in which and write down all the information of this kind.
During the day, look in your notebook, and do the necessary things as they arrive.
You can take notes and hang them on the wall or on the refrigerator, preferably in places that most often fall into your field of vision. Believe me, if you look at such a message a couple of times, you will definitely not forget to do what is written there.
When you are waiting for a grueling preparation for the performance, do not try to memorize it and especially to memorize it. Make yourself some basic theses, and, starting from them, lead the conversation.
Believe me, memory can be restored at any age, the main thing is not to sit back and complain about fate, but to take and train it.
